I spent some time with Tucker Hopp at Lake Washington Active filming some new and updated exercises. I added about 80 new exercises to the library of around 300 that we already have filmed.
Lots of new skiing specific exercises with lateral movement and involving all three planes of motion.
Lots of new injury prevention exercises to stabilize your body and re-inforce the correct movement patterns.
